How it all began
In 2008 I moved to Tampa from the Baltimore/Annapolis area where I had
lived all of my life. I had been in Retail management for many years with Sam Goody, FYE and Starbucks. I had always enjoyed taking photos but really fell in love with photography when my father gave me my first Digital camera. We had vacationed in Florida all of my life and my brother already lived here. I was in need of a change. I found a photography school in Tampa and quickly felt more at home here than I ever did in Maryland. I graduated in 2010 and established Stephaniellen Photography. As someone who was always somewhat introverted
I am proud of what I have achieved. Every job is an adventure and a challenge. I love taking creative portraits of people and animals as well as capturing events of all kinds. I have always worked in both the Tampa and Orlando areas where I had family. I temporarily moved to the Orlando area but will soon be coming back to Tampa where I will have a studio at my new home-big changes when that happens!
My promise to you
I am genuine, honest, and down to earth. AI will NOT be writing any of my messages to you! While I of course need to make money I try to keep my prices in the moderate/affordable luxury space. I am a photographer because I still think being able to press a button and freeze a moment is magical and it gives me joy to see how happy my clients are with the results! I reply quickly to all correspondence and am happy to get as creative as you like. If you want to keep it simple that is fine as well.

I love nature.
Wildlife and plants were my favorite subjects when I started out. I need to get back to them in my spare time! I am so blessed to live in Florida-so many beautiful locations! I also love color so you may notice my style includes pumping them up!

I live outside the box
Moderation to me is the answer in all things.
I love the mystery of life and try to keep an open mind. I've always been interested in psychology, spirituality and strive to live by the golden rule.
